We have a no refund policy. All of the leather goods are handmade to order. I do not keep any items in stock. Please be understanding, and do not order one if you are not sure you want it.  If you have a deadline for gifting please send me an e-mail before you place an order. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.
