Limited lifetime warranty includes coverage of broken items for up to 15 years. If anything ever happens to your product, due to faulty material or craftsmanship, simply send it back and I will fix it for free. Please note that our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, washing, loss, accidents, or normal wear and tear. This covers functional and structural damage, not things like scratches or surface discoloration from weather.  Proof of purchase must be submitted along with a photo of the issue.  We kindly request that you pay shipping costs on any repairs.
